ESCALLOPED HALIBUT | |
2 lbs. piece of halibut 1/2 lb. grated cheese 3 c. white sauce Buttered crumbs Tie halibut loosely in cheesecloth and boil 10 to 15 minutes until tender. Drain. Remove dark skin and break fish into chunks. Alternate layers of fish, cheese and white sauce. Top with buttered crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes until golden brown. |
