COOKIES 'N CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus white cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 egg whites
1 c. coarsely crushed Oreo cookies
3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
4 Oreo cookies, crushed

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and egg whites. Beat at low speed until moistened. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Gently stir in crumbled cookies. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar, shortening, vanilla and egg whites. Blend well. Beat in remaining powdered sugar gradually until frosting is smooth and creamy. Frost top of cake. Sprinkle some crushed cookies on top of cake.
