KIM'S BEANS | |
1 can French style green beans 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 bell pepper, chopped 3 slices bacon 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. juice from beans Cook bacon, remove and drain on paper towel. Place onion and pepper in bacon drippings and saute. Add the beans, salt and juice. Simmer for 15 minutes or until the juice is absorbed. Place in casserole dish. Crumble bacon and place on top of beans. Serve warm. |
