LAYERED SALAD 
Shredded lettuce
Grated carrots
Diced celery
Grated red cabbage
Sliced water chestnuts
Frozen peas (do NOT cook)
8 oz. mayonnaise
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped up
Parmesan cheese
Bacos
Tomato wedges

Place ingredients in large glass bowl in layers listed above, from lettuce on bottom to frozen peas on top. Spread mayonnaise over peas. Sprinkle with eggs, Parmesan cheese, and Bacos. Decorate top with tomato wedges. Refrigerate overnight.
