HUTSPOT (POTATEN) 
2 lbs. kale or 4 lg. carrots or 1 sm. cabbage
4 c. potatoes (diced) raw

Wash and cut up kale in small pieces removing large ribs. Or if you are using carrots, wash and dice. Or cut up cabbage in small pieces. Cook kale or carrots or cabbage in small amount of water until almost done. Add diced potatoes and cook until vegetables are done. Mash and add small chunks sausage before serving. Add small amount of milk if it becomes too thick.
