BEEF--BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
8 slices bacon
4 lg. onions, sliced into rings
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 cans butter beans, drained
1 can french style green beans, drained
1 lg. can Boston baked beans

Brown ground chuck, drain fat; do not season, set aside. Fry bacon until crisp, remove from pan. Slice onions into rings and saute in bacon drippings until tender. To this add cup brown sugar, cider vinegar, dry mustard and salt. Simmer for 20 minutes. In a casserole, place 2 cans of drained butter beans, 1 can drained french style green beans and 1 large can Boston baked beans. Add bacon (crumbled up) and ground meat mixture. Bake 1 hour covered at 350 degrees.
