MOTHER'S HAM LOAF | |
1 lb. smoked ham 1 lb. fresh pork 2 eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. crushed soda crackers 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. water 1 tbsp. dry mustard Have the pork and ham ground together. Soak soda crackers in milk and eggs. Add to ground meat and form into a loaf. Mix together brown sugar, vinegar, water and mustard over heat and boil to syrup stage. Pour syrup over the loaf and bake 2 1/2 hours or less at 325 degrees. |
