PORK CHOP POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
Vegetable oil
Seasoning salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
Onion
1 pkg. frozen hash browns

Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and onions. Spoon mixture into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake, covered, for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with remaining cheese and onion. Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
