BEER MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. beer
4 oz. (about 1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

Mix all ingredients. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full of batter. Let stand at least 10 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
