BISCUIT EGG SCRAMBLE
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
8 oz. (2 c.) American cheese, cubed
3/4 c. frozen peas, thawed only
10 oz. can refrigerated biscuits
8 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. half & half
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. ham, cubed in 1/2 inch pieces

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In microwave dish, melt butter on high until melted. Beat eggs, add 1/2 cup of half and half and seasoned salt. Put egg mixture in microwave dish and cook on high 5 to 8 minutes or until set, stirring occasionally.

To prepare cheese sauce, combine remaining half and half, cheese and mustard in medium saucepan. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring often. Stir in peas and ham. Transfer eggs to 8 inch square baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over eggs, stirring gently until combined. Separate dough into 10 biscuits, cut in half. Place biscuit pieces rounded side up, in a single row around edge of dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown. Brush biscuits with melted butter. Serves 6. Use an 8 inch Pyrex dish to do eggs and later baking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
