PICKLED OKRA 
2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
Okra - sm. pods
2 heads dill
1 clove garlic
1 hot pepper
2 tbsp. pickling spice

Pack jars with fresh, clean okra. Do not remove okra top but cut so the vinegar mixture can seep into okra pods. Bring liquid to a boil and pour over okra. Seal. Let set for 3 days before using.
