ORANGE BLOSSOMS 
1 c. chocolate bits
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 c. orange juice
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers
1 c. walnuts or pecans, finely chopped

Melt over hot water 1 cup chocolate bits. Remove from water. Stir in 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons corn syrup. Add 1/2 cup orange juice (brandy or rum may be substituted) and mix well until blended.

Combine in bowl 2 1/2 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers (approximately 5 dozen or 8 ounces). Add nuts.

Add chocolate mix to wafer mixture and stir until thoroughly blended. Form into 1 inch balls. Drop into a dish of granulated sugar and roll until well coated. Seal lightly in aluminum foil. Let stand several days to ripen.

About 4 1/2 dozen.
