BEEF STEW 
3 1/2 lb. all meat stew
1 pkg. stew beef seasoning
1 c. carrots
1 c. potatoes
1/4 c. onions
1/4 c. celery
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. shortening
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Season-All salt

Season meat with seasonings. Roll in flour and brown in shortening for about 1/2 hour. Add a quart of water and cook at medium heat until almost done. Mix stew beef seasoning in a cup of water and add to meat. Add vegetables and cook until done. If gravy is not brown enough, add 1 tablespoon of Kitchen Bouquet. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
