AMARETTO PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped fine pecans

Mix above and press into bottom of 9"x13" baking pan. Bake until slightly brown. Cool.

Mix:

16 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix until smooth and pour onto top of cooled crust.

Mix:

2 sm. pkgs. vanilla pudding
1/4 c. Amaretto or more for stronger flavor

Mix pudding as directed on package adding Amaretto. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Top with small container of Cool Whip. Top with pecans or almonds.
