BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 lg. heads fresh broccoli
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 Vidalia onion
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Toss with dressing. Chill before serving.
