PINEAPPLE CHEESECAKE 
1 can (14 oz.) condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 graham pie crust

Blend milk, cream cheese and egg for about 1 minute. Fold in crushed pineapple. Pour over pie crust. Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and chill in refrigerator.
