PINEAPPLE OR LEMON CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 graham cracker pie shell
1 pkg. Jello instant pudding (pineapple or lemon)

Stir cream cheese until soft. Gradually blend in 1/2 cup milk until creamy. Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly with egg beater 1 minute. Pour into graham cracker crust. Trim top with any topping, such as cherry pie mix.
