ULTIMATE CHEESECAKE 
Ready made pie crust
5 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
5 eggs, plus 2 egg yolks
1/4 c. heavy cream

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease sides and bottom of a springform pan (3 inches high). Shape ready made crust to bottom of pan. Make holes with fork and bake until brown.

Meanwhile, beat cream cheese until soft. Add sugar and vanilla and beat at high speed. Beat in eggs and yolks, one at a time until smooth. Beat in cream and flour.
