VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. California Blend, thawed
1 can water chestnuts
3/4 c. Minute rice
1/2 stick butter
1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheese
1 sm. onion, finely chopped

Mix all together and bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serves 15-20.
