TURKEY HOT DISH 
4 c. diced, cooked turkey
2 c. cooked wild rice
2 c. cooked white rice
1 1/2 c. celery, diced fine
1 c. onion, diced fine
1 c. slivered almonds
Marjoram, thyme, and sage to taste
2 c. mayonnaise
Add enough beef or chicken bouillon to moisten

Top with grated cheese, if desired. Bake 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 350 degrees.
