SAUSAGE GRAVY | |
8 oz. bulk sausage 2 c. milk 3 tbsp. flour 3 tbsp. onion, chopped fine 3 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. paprika 1 tbsp. fresh parsley Cook sausage over medium heat until lightly browned, pour off any grease. Add butter then milk, flour and onions and stir until mixture is smooth and has thickened. Add paprika and parsley just before serving over toast or biscuits. Serves 4. |
