COTTAGE CHEESE DILL BREAD 
1 c. unbleached white flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. fresh dill weed (minced)
1 c. cottage cheese
2 lg. eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. honey
4 tbsp. melted butter

20 minutes to prepare, 35 to 45 minutes to bake. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an average loaf pan. Sift together dry ingredients. Beat together wet ingredients. Add the dill. Gradually sift the dry into the wet, stirring and scraping the sides as you go. Don't beat, just mix enough to thoroughly blend. The batter will be quite stiff. Spread into the pan and bake 35 to 45 minutes.
