GUMDROP BREAD 
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. biscuit mix
1 c. (1/2 lb.) gumdrops

Place milk, egg, sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 the biscuit mix (1 1/2 cups) in blender. Blend, turning off and on quickly. Add gumdrops, a few at a time, blending until coarsely chopped. Stir in rest of biscuit mix by hand. Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Place a heavy straight- sided glass in the center and press down to form a ring shape. Cook on High in microwave 7-9 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove glass. Invert on plate. Serve warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
