2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. cut up pepperoni
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. pizza sauce
1 can mushroom stems, drained
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven 375 degrees. Grease rectangular dish. Mix baking mix, milk, and eggs in dish until its formed. Stir in pepperoni, oregano, pepperoni, 1 cup cheese, green pepper, onion, basil and garlic powder. Bake until light brown. Spread pizza sauce, sprinkle with mushrooms and 1 cup cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
