EGG BRUNCH DISH | |
6 eggs, beaten 1 c. grated Velveeta cheese 1 lb. sausage 4 oz. chopped mushrooms 2 c. milk 4 slices bread, cubed Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2-quart casserole. Refrigerate evening before. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings. |
