HONEY GLAZED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Place chicken in plastic bag. Pour sauce over chicken. Close or seal up bag. Refrigerate 2-3 hours, turning bag occasionally. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste with 1/4 cup honey and 2 tablespoons soy sauce while baking.
