GOLDEN HONEY-GLAZED CHICKEN 
3 1/2 to 4 lb. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. Lea & Perrins White Wine Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp. honey

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rinse chicken well and pat dry. Place o a rack in a shallow baking pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the White Wine Worcestershire and honey. Coat chicken with mixture and bake.

Reduce oven to 350 degrees for baking 35 to 40 minutes basting occasionally, until chicken is golden. Serves 4.

NOTE: Also delicious for Cornish hens and turkey.
