1 c. sifted self-rising flour
1/2 c. sweet milk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise (I use Hellmann's)

Grease bottoms of cupcake pans. Put all ingredients in bowl and beat until mixed. Pour into cupcake pans and bake 400 degrees for about 12 minutes until done.
