TOP OF STOVE BAKED BEANS 
1 lg. can pork and beans
4 strips bacon
1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. barbecue sauce (optional)

Chop up bacon into small pieces. Saute until brown; remove from pan. Chop up onion; saute until clear in the bacon drippings, then add bacon pieces. Stir in pork and beans. Simmer, then add brown sugar, mustard and barbecue sauce (if desired, just as good without). Simmer over low heat for approximately 15 minutes. Presto. Quick and easy but delicious! Do not cook over high heat or allow to dry out.;
