BROCCOLI PIE 
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Approximately 3/4 c. milk
1 bunch broccoli
1 onion
1 can evaporated milk
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar and milk to doughy consistency - roll out and place in large iron skillet (preferred) or use deep dish pie plate - roll out another crust to use on top. Cook broccoli on top of stove until tender, drain. Place broccoli, sliced onion, salt, pepper, diced cheese into prepared (unbaked) crust, pour evaporated milk over mixture saving just enough evaporated milk to sprinkle over top crust.

Place top crust over mixture, pinching sides together using a fork. Lightly sprinkle remaining evaporated milk over crust and along pinched sides. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
