BROWN RICE PATTIES 
3 c. cooked brown rice
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. vegetable oil (sesame)

Combine all ingredients, except oil, mixing thoroughly. Form into 12 patties, pressing ingredients together firmly. Heat sesame oil in skillet. Fry patties until golden brown, turning once.
