4 eggs
1 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water

Mix all together for 5 minutes. Bake at 305 degrees for 40 minutes.
