CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 young chicken
Salt and pepper
1 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
1 1/2 c. broth from boiled chicken

Boil chicken in water with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from bones and cut up. Melt butter in pyrex dish and cover with mixture of soups, stuffing, chicken and broth. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
