OMELETTE CASSEROLE 
1 doz. eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. bacon, sausage, or ham, cooked
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 c. half and half

Beat eggs. Cut up meat or bacon. In 9 x 13 pan layer eggs, meat and cheese. Mix soup with half and half. Pour over casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
