ARTICHOKE A LA NEW YORK 
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 (14 oz.) cans artichokes
Pepperidge Farm corn stuffing

Mix first 3 ingredients. Pour over artichokes and sprinkle with stuffing. Bake at 325 degrees until hot throughout. Serves 4.
