NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. vanilla
7 oz. can coconut

Mix sugar and butter until thoroughly blended. Add eggs, then milk, vanilla and flour. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
