HOT DOG RELISH 
4 c. ground onions
4 c. ground cabbage
4 c. ground green tomatoes
12 lg. green sweet peppers, cut fine
6 lg. red sweet peppers, cut fine
1/2 c. salt
2 tbsp. white mustard seed
4 c. cider vinegar
6 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric

Grind vegetables coarse, sprinkle with salt and let stand overnight. Rinse and drain. Combine with other ingredients and heat to boiling. Simmer 3 minutes. Seal in hot sterilized jars. Makes 8 pints.
