1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
5 tbsp. hot coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix butter, cocoa, hot coffee, vanilla and add confectioners' sugar. Spread on cookies or cupcakes.
