BREAKFAST CASSEROLE (SAUSAGE) 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients. Put into a greased 9"x13" casserole. Refrigerate overnight, covered (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown around edges.
