CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts
1 1/2 cans mushroom soup
4 oz. sour cream
1 c. Harvey's Bristol Cream
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. seasoned croutons
1/4 c. melted butter

Place chicken in lightly buttered 13 x 9 inch casserole. Mix soup, sour cream and sweet sherry together. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Sprinkle bread crumbs over; pour melted butter over croutons and bake 10 more minutes.
