CHICKEN IN THE BASKET VEGETABLE
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 c. Chicken in the Basket crackers, crushed
1 can cream corn
1 can whole corn
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. frozen or fresh broccoli, cooked

Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter. Reserve half of crumbs for top. Mix remaining ingredients and put in buttered casserole dish. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for ONLY 30 minutes.
