BEEF AND RICE 
1 lb. round steak, thinly sliced
Pam cooking spray
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Cooked rice

Spray skillet with Pam. Saute steak strips until browned. Add onion and garlic. Saute 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup water, catsup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and paprika. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Combine cornstarch with remaining water. Stir into meat mixture. Heat and stir until shiny and thickened. Serve over rice.
