MATINEE CHICKEN 
Chicken pieces (thighs or breasts work best)
Sour cream or King Sour
Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing

Remove skin from chicken pieces and place in baking dish, do not crowd. Cover generously (at least 1/4 inch) with sour cream. Crush stuffing with rolling pin (in plastic bag) and sprinkle evenly over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Dish can be fully prepared ahead of time and refrigerated until baking.

NOTE: If preparing a large amount or if pieces are packed closely, allow extra time for baking to be sure center pieces are done.
