CHICKEN IN CRESCENT ROLLS 
3 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury crescent rolls
Onion (if desired)

Blend cream cheese and butter; add chicken, salt, pepper, milk, onion, and pimento. Mix well. Separate rolls into squares. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture into center and seal.

Brush top with 1 tablespoon butter; dip in 3/4 cupful seasoned croutons (crushed). Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
