PEPPER SPREAD APPETIZER | |
6 sweet peppers, cleaned, seeded and chopped 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt Mix together. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook, uncovered, until thick (almost an hour). Pour over block of cream cheese with soda crackers. Sauce can be stored in refrigerator or frozen. |
