GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato soup or sauce
8 oz. American brick cheese
1 can biscuits

Brown onion, ground beef, salt and pepper in skillet. Drain. Mix in catsup and tomato sauce. Place in casserole dish. Grate cheese. Put on top of mixture. Put biscuits on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until biscuits brown.
