1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 can cherry pie filling (Thank You brand)
3 c. miniature marshmallows (Kraft)
1 sm. bag of pecan chips
1 can crushed pineapple; optional

Allow Cool Whip to thaw. Stir in 1 can of cherry pie filling. Add the marshmallows and nuts. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Optional: pineapples add an excellent flavor to the dessert. Be sure the juice is well drained first or the dish will have an odd color result.
