QUICHE LORRAINE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. Half and Half
1 c. grated cheese (half Swiss, half Cheddar)
1 sm. onion, chopped and sauteed
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

OPTIONAL ADDITIONS:

4 or 5 strips bacon
3/4 c. cubed ham
3/4 c. cooked spinach

Mix all together adding ingredients in order given. Pour into 9 inch crust. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Test with knife.
