PUMPKIN PIE 
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. honey
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. canned pumpkin
2 eggs

Mix sugar, salt and spices with honey. Add pumpkin. Heat milk. Add with eggs to pumpkin mix. Stir well. Pour in pastry 9 inch pie pan. Bake 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
