PORK CHOP DINNER | |
2 c. Minute Rice 2 cans mushroom, chicken or celery soup (use 2 of one kind or combine 2 different) 1 lg. pkg. diced broccoli 1 lg. can sliced mushrooms 5 or 6 center cut pork chops Salt, pepper and flour pork chops and brown in a large skillet. Set aside. To pan drippings, add 2 cans of soup of your choice and reduce heat, stir until lightly brown. Add 2 cans water slowly, stirring constantly, until smooth and heated. In a small roaster put rice and broccoli, top with pork chops and cover all with soup mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, covered, remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer. |
